STAY C.O.O.L. is our service/justice arm of STAYouth Ministry. The "COOL" acronym stands for "Committing Ourselves to Outreach Leadership".
Twenty (20) hours of service are required for all STAYouth participants at all grade levels (6-12), especially confirmation candidates. We strongly recommend that these hours be done through sponsored STAY C.O.O.L. and parish service & liturgical opportunities; though potentially we could count up to half of those 20 hours for school/community projects that a youth is already doing on a regular basis.
An authorized signature is required on the Service Tracking form to validate actual participation (see above).
Our volunteer STAY COOL coordinators/organizers this year are Mrs. Vikki Howard (TVHoward4@aol.com) and Mrs. Mona Napaa (bnapaa@yahoo.com).
